Before paid launch

Horus Fetch is preparing its first commercial release. If paid sales are not yet open, no public purchase refund window applies yet.

Before paid sales begin, this page must be updated with the final refund window, request method, and any platform-specific purchase rules.

Support covers installation, activation, extension pairing, and reproducible download failures on supported platforms and browsers.

Support does not cover DRM-protected services, unsupported browsers, third-party account actions, or downloads you are not authorized to make.
