What to include
- Horus Fetch app version.

- Whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes.
Support bundle
When possible, export a Horus Fetch support bundle from the app. It is more useful than screenshots for startup, pairing, licensing, and download-debugging issues.
Support bundles should redact sensitive values such as pairing tokens, cookies, authorization headers, and full URLs before leaving your device.
Scope
Support covers installation, activation, extension pairing, and reproducible download failures on supported platforms and browsers.
Support does not cover DRM-protected services, unsupported browsers, third-party account actions, or downloads you are not authorized to make.
